Cheron Modou Jallow was Tuesday arraigned for allegedly obstructing police officers before the Kanifing Magistrate Court presided over by Magistrate Mam Samba Jallow . He pleaded not guilty of the offense. He was granted bail in the sum of fifty thousand dalasis with two Gambian sureties who shall deposit their ID Cards and telephone numbers to the court register.
According to prosecutor. Cheron Modou Jallow on the 28th January 2022 at Bakau garage Westfield, in the Kanifing Municipality of the republic of the Gambia, willfully obstructed two police officer namely, Sergeant 3740, Mustapha Ceesay and D first class 70789 Abdourahman Sonko whilst in due execution of their duty.
