The police in Kerewan have obtained statements from three women in connection to the suspected theft in Sainabou Martin-Sonko’s house in Kerewan. According to sources, the three women were invited to Kerewan police station after approaching Mrs. Martin-
Sonko to identify some of the clothes they claimed to have found around the suspected crime scene. The women came to her house following a rumour-mill about the suspected house break-in shortly after Tobaski. The police were still investigating the matter at the time of writing this story. The police were reportedly hounding the suspects.
